The complex was modernized recently, in 2018. 166 rooms are located on 5 stories and can be reached by elevator. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed around the clock. A coat check, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and ATM are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on vacation. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a playroom.
