Location
Situated in a lively area in in Puerto de la Cruz, this spa hotel is not more than fifty yards from the sand and pebble beach. A number of bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs are just outside the door. There are also connections to public transportation. It is about 15 miles to Tenerife - Norte-Los Rodeos (TFN) Airport.

The hotel has 290 double rooms, which are located on 14 stories and are reachable by 3 elevators. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A currency exchange service and 6 conference rooms are available.
