Comfortable and inexpensive in the middle of the hubbub

Nice little hotel with good air conditioning, clean room, good water pressure and comfy bed but the bathroom smelled like sewage our entire stay. We had to keep the door closed in room 37. Not sure...

Very central, and they allowed us to do an early check in. But, There was nobody at the reception for most of the time, the room was not so clean. It says it is 3 star hotel, but I do not agree...
