This urban hotel is situated on a main road in Singapore, approximately a quarter mile from the sea. The tourist hotspots can be reached within around a quarter mile. It is about 15 miles to Singapore - Changi (SIN) Airport.

380 non-smoking rooms, including 6 junior suites and 16 suites, are located on 18 stories and can be reached by elevator. The reception desk is open around the clock. Services and facilities include a safe, a currency exchange service, a conference room and a business center. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the parking lot for a fee.
